Program Design

This program is designed to reach children ages 6-18. Each 90 minute session will include a Bible study and prayer time with their small group or with their mentor. During each session, each child will also have a small service project to do with their mentor such as getting the food ready for the horses, filling water buckets, scooping, or writing a letter of encouragement or a thank you to someone in their life. Instilling hard work, good character, and thoughtfulness are important aspects of the program in learning to be good stewards of what God has given to us at the ranch and being mindful of those around us when they need a word of encouragement or appreciation.
In the case of bad weather, indoor activities such as board games, baking, arts and crafts, or building rockets etc. will take the place of time with the horses and outdoor activities so that youth are still able to attend their sessions with their mentors each week.
Each child and mentor will need to commit to participating in the program for approximately 6-12 weeks at a time. In the event that a child misses consistently and is unable to attend their sessions, they will forfeit their place in the program. This program is built in such a way that youth can be invested in and mentored for lifelong impact. Building relationships takes a commitment of time, so Redeeming Grace Youth Ranch does require a seasonal commitment. There will be occasional, scheduled off weeks.

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
